This notice tells you how we process the data you provide to us for the purpose of performing a contract between us. We are the controller of your personal data and are required by law to provide you with information about why and how we use your data and your rights in relation to it.

Why and on what basis do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data in order to be able to conclude and correctly perform the contract between you and us (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO).
The information is also used for our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) ROO) in possibly establishing, asserting or defending against claims.
Having weighed your interests, rights and freedoms and our interest, we have assessed that the processing of your data for our legitimate interest will not unduly interfere with your privacy or be an undue inconvenience to you.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We store your data related to the conclusion and performance for a period of 5 years calculated from the end of the contract.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We may share your data with:
– our employees who work closely with your company
– Authorised state authorities, who will ask us to disclose your data
Do we transfer your data to third countries?
A third country is a country in which RODO is not applicable law. We do not transfer your data to such countries.
What rights do you have?
Right of withdrawal of consent
You give your consent to the processing of your data voluntarily. You can withdraw any consent at any time in writing or electronically. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place on the basis of consent before revocation.
Right of access to your data
You can request:
– that we provide you with information about whether we are processing your data and, if we are processing your data, you can request
– that we give you access to that data
– that we provide you with further information about the processing that you are now aware of
Right to rectification
If you consider that your personal data that we are processing is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we rectify it immediately.
Right to erasure
You have the right to request that we stop processing your data and delete it.
Right to restrict processing
If you believe that:
– your data that we are processing is incorrect
– you think that we are processing your data unlawfully but you do not want us to delete it
– you need the data we process to establish, assert or defend your claims and you do not want us to erase it, although it is no longer necessary for us, you can request that we restrict processing. If we recognise such a request, we will only store your data and process it for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending claims, or for the purpose of protecting the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest. We will also restrict the processing of your data if you object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. This restriction will last whether our interest overrides the reasons for your objection
Right to notify recipients
If your data are rectified, erased or we restrict processing, we will inform the recipients of the data, unless this is impossible or requires a disproportionate effort.
If you request this, we will inform you of these recipients.
Right to data portability
If your data are processed on the basis of consent or contract and are processed by automated means, we will implement your request for data portability. They will be transmitted to you in a commonly used format that will allow them to be transferred to another controller without undue difficulty.
If you request it, we will send it directly to the new controller.
Transferring your data does not automatically delete it with us.
Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Right to lodge a complaint with the PUODO
If you have an objection to our processing of your data, we prefer you to report to us in the first instance. We can put this right.
